Chicago Polis Departmanı (İngilizce: Chicago Police Department (CPD)), Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nin Chicago kentinin polis teşkilatıdır. 20 Kasım 1835 tarihinde kurulmuş olup[2] ABD'nin en eski ikinci polis teşkilatıdır[3] ve kamu düzenini korumak ve yasaları uygulamaktan sorumludur. Merkezi Michigan Bulvarı üzerinde yer almaktadır.
