Biografi

Tahun-tahun awal

Walpole lahir di Auckland, Selandia Baru, sebagai anak sulung dari tiga bersaudara dari pasangan Rev Somerset Walpole dan istrinya, Mildred Helen, née Barham (1854–1925).[1]
