Express Yourself on yhdysvaltalaisen poplaulaja Madonnan toinen single albumilta Like a Prayer vuodelta 1989. Kappaleen sävelsivät ja tuottivat Madonna ja Stephen Bray ja viralliset remixit teki Shep Pettibone. Kappaleesta tuli suuri hitti, muttei yltänyt listamenestyksellä kuitenkaan edellisen singlen Like a Prayerin tasolle. Express Yourself sijoittui ensimmäiseksi Billboard Hot Dance/Club Party Chart-listalla, Billboard Hot Dance Music-listalla sekä Eurochart Hot 100-listalla. Suomessa single ylsi virallisen singlelistan sijalle 2.[1]

Kappaleen musiikkivideolla Madonna aiheutti kaaoksen mediassa. Lähtökohtana oli Fritz Langin klassikkoelokuva Metropolis. Videolla Madonna on pukeutunut miehen asuun ja nuori työntekijä tapaa alastoman ja puolustuskyvyttömän Madonnan. Videon on ohjannut David Fincher.
