The 2024–25 season is the 91st season in the history of Peterborough United Football Club and their third consecutive season in League One. In addition to the domestic league, the club would also participate in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup, and the EFL Trophy.

Pre-season and friendlies
On 24 May, Peterborough announced their first pre-season friendly, against Spalding United along with a training camp in Spain.[6] Four days later, a second local friendly was confirmed by the club, against Stamford.[7] A third was later added, against Colchester United.[8] A fourth was added, with a trip to Boston United confirmed.[9] On 12 June, the club announced back-to-back fixtures against Notts County.[10]
